Set up your provided toll-free phone number with a professional-sounding auto-attendant and your competitors will think you have a large professional support staff even if you're working alone! Here's an example script:

Thank you for calling ABC company.

For sales, press 1,
For customer service, press 2,
For the business office, press 3,
For business hours and directions, press 4

To send a fax, start your transmission at any time. To leave a message, just stay on the line and wait for the tone.

Configuration tips:
Simply set up your touch-tone menu to start a Follow-Me call to you on touch tones 1, 2 & 3. For touch-tone 4 (business hours and directions) you can use the "select greeting" feature to play a recorded message. If you need help setting this up, contact Customer Support. Good luck!
