We recommend you install and run a program called CCleaner.

This program will scan your computer for extra files that are unused, bad or unused registry entries, and other miscellaneous files that may create unusual issues and challenges while using your computer.

Click here to install CCleaner

  • Run when prompted to run the file.
  • Click on Cleaner on the left side to clean excess and unused files.
  • Click Run Cleaner in the bottom right.
  • Click on Registry on the left to check your registry for unused registry entries.
  • Click Scan for Issues at the bottom middle of the screen.
  • Click on Fix Selected Issues in the bottom right.
  • When prompted for a registry backup, click Yes and save the backup..
  • The other parts of this program are for advanced users and we advise against using them unless you have a good understanding of what you're doing.
  • Once you are finished running CCleaner please reboot your computer for best results.
