Note: Maintenance periods typically last no more than 30 minutes starting after midnight Pacific time.
If your website or Business Center is not available, please follow these steps:
1. Close your browser, open a new one and try to access the page again first.
2. If it still is not available after a few attempts, and it is not during a maintainance period, please contact Earnware Support during business hours at: support@earnware.com.
3. If it is after business hours, and your site is down, you can contact the Earnware Network department at: networking@earnware.com. Please put the code "911" in the subject line of your e-mail if it is a time-sensitive emergency. Please describe the nature of your problem in the e-mail and an administrator will look into it ASAP and get back to you.
Please note: Emergency after hours hosting support is free for reporting network outages and Earnware-built site outages. After hours support to fix user-generated problems is available for $250 per hour.
