3. If it is after business hours, and your site is down, you can contact the Earnware Network department at: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please put the code "911" in the subject line of your e-mail if it is a time-sensitive emergency. Please describe the nature of your problem in the e-mail and an administrator will look into it ASAP and get back to you.

Please note: Emergency after hours hosting support is free for reporting network outages and Earnware-built site outages. After hours support to fix user-generated problems is available for $250 per hour.
