The Earnware Marketing Partner opportunity is only for individuals or companies that meet the following criteria:
- Partners must be an existing market leader in their specific industry niche.
- Partners must have a current base of customers, associates, or representatives with whom they have experience marketing to.
- Partners must be able to work cooperatively with Earnware Corporation to custom tailor features and functionality to meet the needs of their end-users.
- Partners must be able to finance the initial Partnership License, and any necessary product customizations or personally guarantee minimum sales numbers to satisfy the costs.

Earnware Certified Partners are companies with a broader stake in Earnware and earn proportionately higher returns. Certified Partners aggressively market, sell, and support Earnware products under a co-branded or private label license and build recurring revenue through their own sales channels. Certified Partners are set up with a complete infrastructure for managing all aspects of their Earnware business including customer service, billing, provisioning and reseller management. Certified Partners are selected based upon their demonstrated leadership in a vertical market.

Service Provider License
